Frequently Asked Questions 


 

How long will it take to ship my order and where will it be shipped from?

Our web site features over 12,000 gifts and collectibles. Most of these items are produced here in the United States by artists, craftsman, embroiderers, jewelers, engravers, and small manufacturers.

The number of products and specific items in your order will determine whether it will be shipped directly from our supplier or coordinated and shipped from our distribution center in San Diego, California.  

If your order contains items from a variety of different suppliers it may take between 10-14 days before they are available to ship from our warehouse.

Flag orders take approximately 7 - 10 days to process.

Treat Jars and Memorial Urns are taking approximately 2-3 weeks.

Personlized or custom made items can take up to 3 weeks.

Please be patient, dealing with small suppliers has it's challenges, there is often a delay in communication. 

If you need an item within a specific time period, please contact us before purchasing.


 

Is it safe to use a credit card on-line?  

 
PetPro server uses  'Secure Socket Layer' (SSL) this allows us to use secure data encryption, so it's as safe as placing an order by telephone. Your order will be confirmed and issued an order number via email.

What is your return policy? 
 
Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of your order.

Calendars must be unopened and in it's original condition.

There is a 25% restocking fee on most returns.
 
All custom and personalized products......... embroidered items, watches, personalized licence plate frames, are non-returnable.
 
We will refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.
We accept returns for credit not refunds.

Do you ship orders outside the U.S?

Not all products can be shipped internationally, please contact us before placing your order.
